  1. RUN
    good Bench 8.7 mi 01:14 08:28 pace

Not much spring in my step today.

  2. RUN
    good Dillons 7.01 mi 00:57 08:09 pace

Solo: A Running Story. Beautiful morning for a run through the deserted park. My Garmin GPS watch says I ran 7 miles, but my Garmin fitness band (no GPS) says I only ran 5.85 miles. The clear conclu... read more

So sorry you were solo. It was a beautiful morning for a run.

Are you going to run the extra 1.15 later today?

Gah, I can't believe nobody else showed up on this gorgeous morning! I was kicking myself for choosing THIS morning to pick pool over pavement. Also: 5.85mi is a LIE.

  3. RUN
    good Dillons 7.01 mi 00:57 08:10 pace

Four Dillonsers this morning, but we were massively outnumbered by the the number of bikes. #takebackthepark

  4. RUN
    good SCP 5@5 5.01 mi 00:41 08:12 pace

    A hot one tonight.

  5. RUN
good Unplanned half 13.35 mi 01:58 08:49 pace

Strange things happen when you leave the park. Before you know it, you've had your longest run off the year.

  6. RUN
    good Dillons 7.01 mi 00:57 08:07 pace

Good group today, but by halfway through I was classified as "Off the back." Glad the rain went away in time to be able to run this outdoors.

  7. RUN
    good Dillons 7.01 mi 00:58 08:15 pace

Five amigos, plus a Scott sighting on the way to Dillons and a Greg sighting on the way home. #blessedday

  8. RUN
    good Dillons 7.01 mi 00:56 08:00 pace

Four amigos again for Shoe Light Gang Thursday..

  9. RUN
    good Dillons 7.01 mi 00:59 08:22 pace

Getting the gang back together. I don't remember most of this run; I guess I was too busy just trying to keep the legs moving.

  10. RUN
    good SCP 5@5 5.01 mi 00:40 07:53 pace

    My quads enjoyed meeting Windy.

  11. RUN
    good Bench 8.11 mi 01:07 08:14 pace

Not much activity in the park this morning. Ran into Scott H for the last few miles, which helped the pace pickup.

  12. RUN
    good Dillons 7.01 mi 00:58 08:14 pace

Sometime you're the runner, sometimes you're the baton. I ran the normal Dillon's course; other runners may or may not have joined me in the fog. I think this was the foggiest I'... read more

Was very impressed how you treated your headlamp like your car headlights and obeyed all the laws as if you were driving.

Treadmills are fog free. Nice run though.

It was too foggy to tell what really happened or didn’t happen today!

  13. RUN
    good SCP 5@5 5.01 mi 00:40 07:58 pace

It's always nice to finish with a numb leg. If you lost your pirate ship in the park, I saw it headed east on Zoo Blvd. ⛵

  14. RUN
    good NWYMCA Track 6 mi

Not too hot, not too cold, not too windy, not too wet.

  15. RUN
    good Dillons 7.2 mi 00:59 08:15 pace

Two amigo run (or 1 and 5/7ths depending on how you do the math). It's a good thing there was some light on the eastern horizon or I would still be lost in the neighborhood behind Dillons.

  16. RUN
    good Dillons 7.01 mi 00:57 08:07 pace

Somehow we managed to fit 5 runners on the path. A little bit slower today, but it was all I had.

  17. RUN
    good SCP 5@5 5.01 mi 00:40 07:59 pace

Nice group run until I had to make a detour.

  18. RUN
    good Dillons 7.01 mi 00:57 08:04 pace

The quartet is now down to a duet. I may have to do a solo show on Tuesday, unless some special guest stars arrive.

  19. RUN
    good Dillons 7.01 mi 00:56 08:01 pace

Joined the Dillon's quartet for a chilly run.

  20. RUN
    alright SCP 5@5 5.01 mi 00:40 07:54 pace

Leg's felt terrible, but somehow it was a PR.
