Today begins the 10-K training! Which ironically has me doing less miles this week than when I was doing the 5-K training hah. Not only has my distance slowly gone up the past 1-2 months and my speed slightly increased, but I'm finding myself getting far less fatigued and worn out now. This 2.5 mile run was beyond easy, I felt like I could've kept going on and on.
