    great Parents house in the lake 03:00

    Spent day at my parents house off the lake. Swam probably a good 3 hours total-lunch break in the middle for bout an hour-feeling sore-veryyyyyy sore!!!!!

    4 games of softball yesterday for about 4 ands half hours....felt good and was able to make it home from first base to score an important run. Couldn't of done that last summer.

    tried to run but think I need an adjustment as my knees were hurting before I tried to run.started off in pain on bike as well,but staying consistent.
