    Drizzly morning in Yorkshire. Had a few last night so ran this to freshen up for the day. 3 laps on Tarmac and grass. Good start to the day.

    Cycled 6 miles to work then ran 2 miles. I'm contemplating a duathlon in October so tried this. Found the 2nd mile very draining. More nutrition required before I try this again.

    Very very windy again. Had to dig my winter clothing back out. Sunshine, rain and hail made it interesting. Longest distance I've ran for a while. Took it easy and feel good for it.

    1 mile warm up 1 mile cool down. 6 x .25 with 45 seconds recovery. Splits ranged from 1:46 to 1:52. Think our summer started and finished yesterday.

    Cool morning with sunshine trying to break through. Slight wind. Pushed myself in this and was surprised and pleased with the time.

    Morning full of sunshine for this. A little bit of a breeze and I enjoyed this. Looking forward to training up to beat my 10K PB in July.

      Coincidentally my unofficial time is the same as my last marathon so showed a bit of consistency. Think I might focus on the 100 metres. :)

      I realized I missed this posting during a spell of absence from DM. Congratulations to you Steve!!! 2 Marathons under your belt is an amazing accomplishment. Perhaps I may borrow that splintered ruler before October and #2 myself.... Fabulous work tho Pal...very pleased for you!!
