Wasn't able to get my long run in on Sunday so I opted to do it today rather than completely miss it like I did last week. Kept it mostly easy with the last few miles bumped up to Marathon pace. Gonna have to calibrate the Garmin Footpod soon. Next change I get to take MLG to the track I guess.
