    Hey, I understand how hard the running is...just started using a programmed (beginners) run on my TM that included 1min runs / 3 mun walk intervals. That's how I'm breaking into the running scene...very slow, but I'll get there just like you will. And I'm trying to lose a few pounds too, thought that might makes things easier. Hang in there...with time, we'll both be runners one day soon :-)

    Leslie, that's a great Idea for morning workouts; which is when I normally workout, however for mid-week walks it's going to have to be the evening for me.
