A treadmill walk and jog session; 4 mins of walking and then 1 min of jogging up to 5k and then walked for the rest of the hour. Looking for my next walking challenge... maybe Cornwall next year.

Thanks, it's going to be a while before I run Hadrian's Wall LOL! I've read about a guy who actually ran HW in one day http://www.defense.gov/news/newsarticle.aspx?id=59548 now that's awesome!
