      They way I have if figured, you CAN meet your goal of 500 for the year if you continue at this rate. You may need to add a few longer walks on the weekends, but that's nothing you can't accomplish!

      Thanks Bert and with the 3.5m this morning i'm now only 29m off 300. Would love to get 300 before end of October then 100 in each of November and December - easy, I wish :-)
