Nice run with a few walk breaks thrown in. Over St Catherines hill in the sunshire, through the old ironstone quarry on the top. Along the sandy trails and dropped down to the old train track bed. ... read more

great Village 1750 m
Great swim today, really starting to feel the water. Need to build up to 2 hours for the Channel Swim certification.

Nice swim Steve. Swimming the Channel?!?!?! I'm afraid the nearest I'd get would be surfing the channel :) BBC1 or BBC2??

What channel are we talking about ? (I was thinking THE Channel between Dover and Calais, but that's 34 km and 2 hours is next to nothing for that crossing) Not that 1750 isn't impressive by itself.. I'm gassed out after a mere 25 meters.

Hi guys, ha ha .. no im currently part of a team in a London to Paris tri relay, so I may be swimming 2 -3 x 1 hour legs of THE channel (plus we'll be running from London to Dover 120km and cycling from Calais to Paris 300km!) Not too worried about my part of the other bits (20km and 50km respectively, but whether my fitness is up to a swim in the cold in the speedos is another matter!! The next month will tell!!

Nice run along the beach home. 4km along the sea front and then last bit through Fishermans Walk and back down to Christchurch. Lovley way to get from work to home.

If I ran to work, I'd get thrown out of the office for being stinky. Nice job. :D

RUN
alright 10km base camp 10 km 00:58 09:20 pace
10km on treadmill, with a number of walk breaks thrown in adds to a miserable execution time, however an outlyer base camp for springboarding to the next training cycle!
