34, cold, cloudy, light snow, breezy to windy. Bikilas. Stretched everything.
Old soreness was gone, so that's good. Right foot ended up very fatigued and sore, though, and I tweaked my right hip for the first time in forever. It happened when the wind was blowing sideways so we'll chalk it up to that. No speed, either, though that was mostly intentional.


So this was a new weekly distance record in VFFs (29 miles), though I've done a longer single run once (16 miles).
