44, cool, sunny, windy. Bikilas. Stretched everything.
Right foot felt almost back to normal though it took my two miles to get back to a good footfall form. No problems beyond that apart from complaints from the usual quarters. Considering I just did two 25 mile weeks back to back, not too shabby.
