Shorts and t-shirt! A little bit of soreness in my right foot on the outside but more when I walk than run. Not bad considering how much I bumped the mileage last week. The plan is to hold it steady for a while now. I have a vague plan to get up to 5/10/5/20 by the end of March, then taper a bit, then do it again at the end of April, and taper right into the Run to Remember.
