Cool & breezy along lakefront wind coming off the lake. Had really good run with the Tri Group. Started out at a good pace and just kept it up. started to pick up the pace around 8 and finished strong. Thank you DJ, Ivan and Phillipe for running with me today, really appreciate it. Pretty sore and tired after the run.
