    Took it to 3 sets and won the tiebreaker. Still undefeated. Good thing I brought my icy washcloth to cool off between sets.

      Usually 100+ degree heat here is super humid. But tonight felt like Arizona. I've sweated more playing in 85 degree, high humid days.

    great 50 set workout w/ trainer 60:00

    Wrist has been hurting lately, so what does my trainer have me do -- every style of push up known to man. And cleans, and shoulder presses, and core... all 50 sets.

    Won 6-1, 6-1. Felt bad... when we were up in the second set 4-1, I said "I smell a skunk." Opponent took it as playful trash talk. Then in the next game, she smelled the skunk too. Ha.

    Sets of 50! Yes, 50. 50 mil presses, 50 cleans, 50 squat/presses, 50 Bosu pushups, and 50 elevated pushups. Got through it.
