Wrist has been hurting lately, so what does my trainer have me do -- every style of push up known to man. And cleans, and shoulder presses, and core... all 50 sets.

Won 6-1, 6-1. Felt bad... when we were up in the second set 4-1, I said "I smell a skunk." Opponent took it as playful trash talk. Then in the next game, she smelled the skunk too. Ha.

He took us to the woodshed today - Lots o' leg work. Followed by a half hour of TM walking at full incline. Got 2 more workouts to get in today. Then, wait for it... running 13.1 tomorrow.
