    Loving the new Gold's gym downtown Murfreesboro. Far less crowded than the others. Now if they can only get some lockers -- throwing my gym bag on the floor is getting old.

    Forcing myself back into running. Mostly running, some walking. Knees hanging in there... so far.

    Took it to 3 sets and won the tiebreaker. Still undefeated. Good thing I brought my icy washcloth to cool off between sets.

      Usually 100+ degree heat here is super humid. But tonight felt like Arizona. I've sweated more playing in 85 degree, high humid days.

    Did Gold's Body Attack followed by Body Pump. Becoming a pro at BPump. Looked like an absolute spaz in BAttack. Not meant for dudes with zero coordination.

    Wrist has been hurting lately, so what does my trainer have me do -- every style of push up known to man. And cleans, and shoulder presses, and core... all 50 sets.

    Won 6-1, 6-1. Felt bad... when we were up in the second set 4-1, I said "I smell a skunk." Opponent took it as playful trash talk. Then in the next game, she smelled the skunk too. Ha.

    Sets of 50! Yes, 50. 50 mil presses, 50 cleans, 50 squat/presses, 50 Bosu pushups, and 50 elevated pushups. Got through it.

    Yeah, still "grandmother slow" as I've read in several running forums, but I beat 30 min without stopping -- pretty much a first for me. Onward and upward
