I forgot to start my watch at the start of this class, so these stats are a little messed up. By this time I was pretty tired, but I really wanted to try another class. It sounded really neat since they were going to have another live band. The class started okay, but as it got into the heat of things, I had a hard time keeping up and I had to modify a lot of the poses. I saw another newbie in the corner who was as clueless as I was and we shared a moment. I really wanted to stay with the class, but my wrists really started to hurt from all the “propping up” of myself I was doing, so I decided to stop and treat myself to a free massage. I also was under the impression the class would be more “deep stretching”, but I guess not.
