This was another day that was just hard. I seem to have problem with energy levels. While I set out to do another hour, I decided to reason with myself and say that a half an hour would be okay. Also, I had a five minute cool down. While at the gym, I ran into one of my musician friends, so for a while I was talking and working out. I'm sure this probably made me work out not as hard, but I don't mind.
