Al Lopez Park 5K Route

Just ran a 5K with Tom at Al Lopez Park. I started off with eight minutes slow jogs and five minute walking brakes. After twice of doing that, I tried to do five-minute jobs at faster pace, but had to slow down because my ankle was hurting. Near the end, I picked up the pace and I was able to jog the remainder of the distance to the finish line. It was a lovely day, even though he had trouble initially figuring out where the 5K course was.
