    3.2 WU, 2.75 CD, 5 miles on track. Workout was 5x1200m with 400m jogs in between each rep, so 5 miles total. Times: 4:15, 4:15, 4:15, 4:17, 4:16, about 5:41-5:42 pace.

      Ha! I feel fatigued, but not sleepy (yet). In two years 15x1200m may be on tap for a fast marathon, though!
