It has been a couple of days of real growth for me. On the weekend I decided to get some good workouts in and totally modify my diet. Here is where the growth part comes in...I didn't do anything particularly active and I ate worse than usual. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA...I think I got fatter. It's all good in the hood though because my ankle is actually starting to feel right...there may be a run in the not so distant future. I can't wait to show off what this fat kid can do. Laura...they were just a bunch of ab-riffic workouts to get me back into the mode of doing stuff. Apparently, I haven't quite put myself into that mode yet. Baby steps..first I think about it, then I talk about it, then I say I am going to do it, then I fail, and then I do it? Baby steps.

I always console myself with food in the hopes that the added "nutrients" will aid in the recovery process. Those pounds will melt away like something melting away quickly on something hot once you get out there again.
