#dailymission: OK - my favourite pre-race meal is left over burritos but I will settle for left over pizza, pasta, gummy bears, anything with hot sauce, toast, left over chinese, anything in the back of the fridge that hasn't experienced additional growth since getting to the back of the fridge, nachos and queso (that's for you Mofo ), or pretty much anything...except coffee. I drank a cup of joe before a morning run once and I had to make in the bushes. It was dark and I just prayed that the leaves I was grabbing weren't infested with bugs or some sort of itchy stuff. I lucked out...I wasn't itchy nor did I become overtaken by some parasitic outbreak. However, I don't drink coffee before my runs anymore.
