I don't know how I hit snooze without waking up for so long this morning...but I did. I had enough time to sneak five miles in. As soon as I started I knew I was in trouble. I was hurting all over. I ran anyway...pretty solid run considering it was painful. Finished with a smile. It is crazy windy out there today. Great running weather. Happy Friday.

No worries, Ben...just some soreness in my right hip, my left shin, and my right calf...must have done something wonky on yesterday's run without realizing it. I will just stretch it all out and feel better soon. Hope that your foot is healing up nicely.

Yeah, work sucks! Why can't we run when we want? Freedom I say! FREEDOM! Oh and PS nice run this morning. Way to get in what you could and your pace was good for being in pain. Its tough to have strong morning runs day after day but you'll get back there. You wrote the book. You are the man! You are THE morning running machine!
