    Slow jog, but a distance PR. Felt a little knee/hip twinge so I took a long cooldown walk back home. Looking forward to the Sole Burner tomorrow :)

    Six minutes even!!! HUGE pr for me. Before I started running this year, my best mile was like 11 minutes in high school. I NEVER would have thought I could run a six minute mile. Suck it, asthma.
