  12. Oh yeah, AND I hit the emergency stop button on accident, losing track of how far I'd run. This will be a lesson to never to the gym without my headphones ever again!

    I was going to spin but it was full. So I ran, without headphones, in front of a TV set to FoxNews. That was a challenging and boring run... More mental workout than physical, THAT's for sure!
