tampa track 6 mi
2 mile warm up, 5k on the track, 1 mile cool down...weird meet, warmed up too early, so not into it mentally, essentially jogged it after trying for two laps. not cool. cool down.

ran up to the track from Shands, another mile with the workout crew. core exerices with 100m strides in between (about 8), some grass running then the long way back to the hospital
