      Isn't it great how they love the leaves so much? My little guy is almost 6 and he picked up so many leaves on the way to the bus stop this morning and asked me to PLEASE keep them safe for him until he was done with school :)

      Make 35 new running friends (cheaper than races). Off the subject, your profile pic 2 girls and a boy? I still want that third kid, but husband said no more girls. This gives me hope.

      Maybe just go on 35 runs! Included in those 35, do at least one 5K, 10K, 15K (hot chocolate), and a Half Marathon (even if you have to walk it). Also, do at least one for a charity (maybe the half marathon for team in training or something) and try to raise $250 or more! What do you think?

      My daily mile said I burned 10 lb this year. So if I didn't run at all, I would have gained 10 lbs too! So I have to try to keep it up or I'll be in the same boat. Just start small...or try run walk. Join a Walk to Run group. The Alpine Running team has a great bunch of people to run with and it's only $25! I ran with them training for the marathon. They have a beginner group/program. Let me know if you want to know more! They are based out of Lake Zurich.

    Took a slow interval run on the treadmill. Started out with a 2:1 ratio, then 3:1, 4:1, and 5:1. Did each set 3 times each. Felt good to get the miles in.
