      LOL! I have no idea what that means. I took it as though you are on the treadmill and you set the speed. I think it is different than the pace. Through out my run the lady would tell me my "speed" and it was typically 7 something which is what I run if I am on a treadmill. Maybe 10 was when I was almost home. LOL.

      I love DM! After reading multiple posts this am, I've laughed so much I'm almost crying!!! Great job Stephanie. Maybe next time dial it down a little. It's a shame I have to get up from my computer and head to the classroom because this is so much more fun!!!
