Last year I finally found a magical sweet (sweat) spot where I could take it: It was late August, and around 65* out at 5:30 am. I ran in my lightest pair of shorts, and no shirt. I was dripping in sweat by mile 3, and after 6 felt exhilarated. I think it was mainly electrolyte-loss-induced-delirium...
...but it is nice
