Ugh, the Hill again. I had avoided it for a while, but needed to get back at it. And I could tell I had avoided it. The run started out rough (maybe I shouldn't have partaken in all that Mother's Day wine). I got more comfortable on the way down (thankfully it's a steep, but short uphill route). So glad I got out there this morning. We are looking at highs of 105 for the entire week. I felt it warming up as I was running. I might have to start going at 5:30 or 5 instead of my usual 5:45/6. I don't like that.


105??? Ack! That's HOT! WTG on tackling the hill again. I'm sure it missed tormenting you... Nice pace for such a steep hill after Mother's Day wine. :)
