great Body Flow (plus) 01:30

I did Flow in my living room. Yes. In my living room. You see, I'm preparing for an INSTRUCTOR TRAINING next weekend! So I followed the whole Flow class on the training DVD and then spent about half an hour just doing the balance track over and over again. That's one of the 2 tracks I need to memorize to teach my training class. This is just now starting to feel real--that I'm going to instructor training, that I'll have an entirely new-to-me way to teach people and be there with them, that it's quite possible that I am good at something that involves athleticism and physicality. <3 <3 <3
