    Last longest weekday run. Wow! Had some back pain, been happening on long runs. Took walk breaks here and there. Overall decent, was supposed to do ten.

    Wasn't supposed to run from FF for their Tuesday night run but it just sort of worked out that way and felt right. 4.09 to symbolize the clock time of the blast.

    Great Run! Ran with Molly for all of it and Katie joined us for 11 or 12. Kept waiting for the pain and fatigue of my 16 miler but it went so well. I some restored confidence now :)

    Best run in a while even though it was rainy and I got chilly especially at the end. Molly and I wore matching outfits, unplanned.

    I started with a run/walk. Then walked the boardwalk with dad and Ronni. Then ran mostly back, with small walk breaks. Overall a good way to get moving after the 16 miler.
