    LM2013 W3D4 done! Schedule called for 3 miles run but do to prior commitments, I had to do an elliptical workout at school. I just wish I actually had this kind of pace when running!

      Sorry Amber....Lincoln Marathon 2014 Week 3 Day 4....it's how I'm keeping myself accountable to my training log....also a great way for me to go back and analyze my progress.

    LM2013 W3D3 done! The weather was too beautiful to not run outside. Training called for 4 miles and I fell just short of that, but that's okay. Pace was much better today as well!
