    Second day of actually running this week. Tried to push the run intervals a little harder. Got the hamster wheel up to 5.5 a couple times. Feels good to be back. C25K W1D3 done.

    Well after taking 6 months off from running I can't complain. Time to get after it again. No more long races for me. I'm sticking to 5Ks and 10Ks. That seems to be where I'm most happy.
