My Garmin was acting wonky (during what I knew to be my first kilometer, it beeped 9 times! No, I did not just run a kilometer in 1 second), so I'm estimating distance on this one. I do know for sure that I did 11 x 30 second intervals with 2 min active recovery. Gotta do speed work to get faster!
