[Oprah] The first time I started taking them was right before I started training for my PR marathon. Some months ago, I decided I didn't need them anymore and stopped taking them... over time, I got worse and worse and even more apathetic than usual, with no motivation to really do anything. So, I started taking them again, and what do you know, I feel motivated to live and run again. [/Oprah]

Shirtless definitely keeps you cooler if you can run a shaded trail. If the sun is blazing I don't know that it helps that much.
