After the race on Monday, track workout on tuesday, hip strengthening yesterday, and rolling out of bed into my shoes this morning, I felt like my legs weighed a ton.

Walked the dog yesterday with flip flops, big mistake. Ouchy feet on my run. Humid with a breeze.

Great hill work out I was pooped, the humidity did not help. I hope to get slowly adjusted to summer running.
