    1 mile at 75% 3 degrees incline mile 2 80% mile 3 85% no incline. feel it but it does not really hurt.

    did 80% body weight and 3% incline, felt OK. Don't think Baltimore half is in my future :(

    40 min on a different bike only went 7 miles,

    Ran on the Ultra G at 60% of my body weight, iced after felt good. Felt some pull in my calve but no real pain.
