YAYYYYYY that is my opinion on this workout. I had to do 15 mins first on the elliptical and I did it at a decent clip. Then I went for the 2 miles on the treadmill and back on the elliptical for 15. The last 15 were slow. But hey I will take it. Awesome workout!
