    Fun times with friends! Enjoyed the run but had to stop twice...once for downed for my bladder! It was all good....

      You are always saving the day! You might as well run around with a shirt that reads "Medic". Race events should pay you or at least let you sign up for free! Good job bansh!

    20 laps in savannah quarters pool. Not sure how far that was but it definitely was a good workout.
