    I almost talked myself out of running this morning, but I'm so glad I didn't. It's beautiful outside right now, and I was able to just enjoy it and reflect.

    Didn't feel like my best day. Had to cut it short because I had to make a pit stop. Quads feel tight and tired. Stomach cramps. It's too bad because it was a beautiful, crisp morning.

    Got lost trying to get to Stanford House from Brandywine--added another 1.5 miles. Good! It was a beautiful day to run, and now I understand that loop.
