Hi, Ria. I sure did! I finished in January. I will do another full cycle at some point (it is great), but right now I'm mixing running with a variety of workouts from other Beachbody programs. This company is great! I love using their products to improve my fitness and helping others reach their goals. Shakeology is the best shake ever - I have it every day for breakfast. Let me know if you have any questions on P90X or anything else. I'd be thrilled to help you reach your goals, too. :)

So far, I really like it a lot. I have a lot to learn yet, but the core concept resonates with me and already, when I let it take hold, I can see and feel a difference. It's just a matter of staying in that mode now that is the training part of relearning it...doing it enough where it becomes natural without the effort of thought. Ironically, it is a much more natural running form and approach that shouldn't require thought. As kids, we do it instinctively. Anyway, check the book out from the library. :)
