    As my run started at 5:30am I was still not awake. for my 6x3min. I stayed between 7 & 8 and then walked during my 3 min. rest. Ended with a mile jog.

      5:30am, wow you rock! i can't do math that early..or tell time, so i'm thinking my pace would be pretty bad, more like...well, how fast is lying down on my couch with one shoe on and the other hand holding a cup of coffee?

    great TM-12x30 sec. 2min. rest 2.15 mi

    Started at 8 and ended at 9.5 for my 30 sec. and walked 2 min. in between.
    Before this was reps of 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 bench press-45 lb and Dead lifts 95 lbs.

    3 rounds of: 15 jerks; 15 no hands push ups; 15 jumps w/ high knees
    15 gdh sit ups; 15 kettle ball swings; 15 bench press & 15 pull ups (assisted)
