    So nice out. Probably time to buy new sneakers and/or lose weight. Knees and feet not too happy with me by the end. Last mile was kinda hard. So I guess that makes it an official long run?

      I think it just takes a while to get used to long miles again too, don't you? But I do replace my shoes pretty religiously every 300 miles. I say I'm going to stretch it out, but things start to hurt....

      I don't know. My ten miler last weekend was easy and that was a lot farther than I'd run any time recently. More miles, pavement instead of treadmill...I'm asking for trouble, but I don't want to back off, when it doesn't seem hard. Maybe some treadmill miles this week. Much as it pains me. I usually go close to 500 miles in my shoes and these are only close to 200. Must be me and not the shoes. My gait is really weird with the double stroller so I'm going to cut that out for a little while.
