  1. RUN
    tm 1.5 mi

Gosh. I barely remembered my login. Short, slow but a run! I soo wish I could get outside, but it's -17 and snowing, windy and icy.

  2. RUN

Garmin dead, perhaps mercifully. 52 degrees out so I fought the urge to get on the treadmill. Glad to get some fresh air.

  3. RUN
    3.09 mi 00:30 09:36 pace

Went out for 4 (already revised from 6) and walked the last part to home. bleh.

  4. RUN
    3.05 mi 00:29 09:39 pace

Pouring rain...and back to cold. Was supposed to be snowing.

  5. RUN
    3.02 mi 00:29 09:40 pace

  6. RUN
    great 4.25 mi 00:39 09:11 pace

  7. RUN
    5.01 mi 00:48 09:31 pace

Torrential downpour and cold. Pretty sure I was carrying ten pounds of rain on my way up that last hill. A sensible person would have used the treadmill.

  8. FIT
    "Lotus flow Vinyasa" 01:15

Humbling and inspiring..I'm not sure if I could actually call it "fun" but enjoyed it mostly. With Jen!

  9. RUN
    5.02 mi 00:47 09:16 pace

Three layers of shirts was perfect :) Beautiful crisp morning.

  10. RUN
    4.2 mi 00:40 09:27 pace

Reminded me I do love winter running once I get out of the cozy house. Broke out the polartek and microfleece pants. Gotta love New England. 65 to 39 degrees in 24 hours.

  11. RUN
    5.6 mi 00:50 08:59 pace

    beautiful out

  12. RUN
    5k and extra loop 4.01 mi 00:35 08:47 pace

  13. RUN
    great 5k + 6 mile route, roughly 9.1 mi 01:23 09:07 pace

So glad I got out in spite of the threatening rain. Not too many people out and about early on Saturday and the foliage is still so pretty.
