    Wonderful! Pyramid airplanes were strong and steady, I was even able to hold the tree pose on the left for a while without holding on to something. That sure felt great!

      You really follow a good regime, Stefani! Do you think your body has changed since you have bben doing these workouts? I must do some of these, too. I keep telling me. All I need to do is to start....Got a bit addicted to FB but it replaces people here that I did not get in Machynlleth...I enjoyed the house but will be glad to move...We have a good plan....Pyramid airplanes. That sounds good to me but must google it to find out exactly what it is....what they are. Tree pose - great!

      Oh yes, and very quickly, too! Mark keeps commenting on how skinny I feel and look. Since I started the Shred, I've lost five pounds - I know it doesn't seem like much, but I'm getting tighter at the same time! So, good to go from here!!

      I think they just call them pyramid airplanes for the Wii workout; I couldn't find them anywhere online. Basically, you stand with your feet together, then take a step backward with one leg. Fold forward at the hip while straightening your arms out behind you.

      This will stretch your lower back. Now keep bending over, putting your weight onto your standing leg, putting your hands on the floor in front to help your balance, and raise the other leg into the air, keeping it straight. You should feel this in the hamstrings of the supporting leg. Try to fold your chest toward that knee. Take a few deep breaths, then return to standing.
