      Thanks! Are you running in the St. Pats race this weekend? I'm debating whether to do it or not since it is supposed to rain.

    We did circuits and in between every 2 we hit the treadmill and did sprints with incline for a total of 5 minutes each time. It was hard. We hit legs, chest, back and abs. Great overall workout.

    and a half a mile run on the treadmill for 6 minutes. I felt pretty exhausted so I cut the running short.
