  1. My Father in Law, with whom I was very close, passed away on Thursday. I'm really not fussed with running right now. It will happen when it happens.

  4. I have not really fallen off the wagon, I did a HIIT workout Monday, but the weather has been appalling - super hot, and then storms , gail force winds, rain, and hail -_- not happy

    Felt amazing and fast when I was running - but lots of stops and a walk break due to my stomach not cooperating. Not super happy about that.

      Awesome!!! You are getting better and better! Walking/running for upto 30 minutes per day does the body great especially when you are recovering. I am happy to see this post!!
