      Just don't know about the future with Ger's mom--I'm sure more stress ahead.
      The walking is meditation/medication for me.

    Walked 3 miles with NAWC---as long as I had gone the travel time to the group--I wanted to walk more, so Deb and I walked 5-maybe less--so did 3more by myself--great workout---LSD.
