Amazing run this morning, after last nights Condo Meeting a Friend of Mine picked me up and we drove over to her apartment on South Beach I was so tired I ended up falling asleep, so I woke up this morning went for a 7 mile run on the Sand with my Friend while the Sun was Rising, what more can I say, Beautiful Sinrise, great company and amazing run... This will be a Fantastic Day for all...
