Mile warmup, then 5 miles at a 9:28 pace, then a mile cool down. Didn't know if I'd be able to hold that pace for the whole five miles as it's a little more than 30 seconds/mile faster than what I had been doing before I adjusted my plan based on my 10K a few weeks ago. But it was good - felt like I'd been coasting, but not anymore!!
