  2. RUN
    alright 13 mi 02:22 10:57 pace

Little warmer than it has been (32F) but it was still a tough run. Never got that comfortable "I can run forever" feeling. Glad I got the miles in though.

  3. FIT
    alright Bowflex 00:30

Spent 1/2 hour in the basement on the bowflex. My arms are tired.

  4. RUN
    tired 7 mi 01:09 09:54 pace

Mile warmup, five miles at 9:27, mile cool down. 13 degrees, but at least the sun was out. Am I the only one that slows down when it's really cold?

No I ran pretty slow this morning too and it was 12 degrees. I think our muscles get stiff in the cold so we run slower. 9:27 doesn't sound slow at all to me.

  8. RUN
    good 4 mi 00:42 10:31 pace

A little warmer than yesterday (40 degrees) but raining a lot harder tonight. The only thing that got me out there was knowing I won't get home until after eight tomorrow night and won't ... read more

It rains here in Florida every day during the summer. Running in the rain is actually good for you because the rain sucks up some of the pollutions... or so i read.

You go girl! Way to turn negatives into positives! The day must have been really bad if cold, dark, and rainy were preferable.
