    Rode bike to Ladybird bridge, locked it up, ran, rode home. Put some lunges into my run every once in a while. Just an easy pace to work my IT band into catching up with my badassedness.

    I felt great on the run. perfect weather. good energy and a nice speed... Til I got attacked by a pitbull. All in all an interesting and good day though! :)

      Geez...just noticed you posted your "adventure" here as well...What's REALLY weird...is the night you posted it on FB, I swear I was reading an article that evening in the latest Trailrunner magazine about runners / dog confrontations - aggravating stuff! Again, glad you're ok and that he spit you out :)

    Great workout! 15 minute solid cardio warmup followed by solid 45 minute cardio competition. Burpees. Pushups. Jumpinjax. Mountain climbers. Squat jumps. 1 football field lap. Rinse. Repeat.
