Had a good but very warm run. Also ran with good company. Gabby and Catherine are formulating an idea to run the first half of SFM next Sunday as a long 14 mile run. One of us will tell coach Bailey of our possible plans for the long run next week. Sounds like the talk on weight management and nutrition was a good one. SMK
