    After running 6.7 miles I realized I was running late to work. It's amazing how much you could pick up the pace out of desperation alone.

    I start too fast and slow down, I need to work on starting slower and building it up.

      Once you find that pace, you'll have no problem going farther. I do that sometimes too in the beginning and have nothing left in me by the end.

      You're right, it's tricky to find the pace for the fast 3 mile set. The 8 minute miles are great I just wish I could run them for three miles without stopping for break. I ran the first mile around the track then walked once around the track then Ran the next mile again.

    It was a great day for running today, Towards the end of the run though my stomach was acting out. Eggs before a run—bad idea!
